Welcome to Riderzone Services. By using our website https://riderzoneservices.com, making a booking, or engaging our chauffeur services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before using our services.

By accessing our website or using our chauffeur services, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and legally authorized to enter into a binding agreement.

2. Our Services

Riderzone provides premium chauffeur-driven car services for airport transfers, business travel, events, and private journeys across the UAE.
We operate a luxury fleet, including sedans, SUVs, and executive cars, all driven by professional chauffeurs trained to maintain the highest safety and service standards.

Our goal is to ensure a seamless, comfortable, and punctual travel experience.

3. Booking & Confirmation

All bookings can be made through our website, email, WhatsApp, or phone.
Upon booking, you will receive a confirmation message or email summarizing your travel details.
Bookings are considered confirmed only after payment or deposit (if required) is successfully received.

Riderzone reserves the right to decline or cancel bookings at its discretion if payment is incomplete or if misuse or fraudulent activity is suspected.

4. Payments

Payments can be made via approved online methods, bank transfer, or cash, as agreed at the time of booking.
All prices are quoted in AED (United Arab Emirates Dirhams) unless stated otherwise.
Additional charges may apply for waiting time, extended routes, special requests, or tolls.

Riderzone is not responsible for additional charges resulting from incorrect passenger details or last-minute changes.

5. Cancellations & Refunds

To cancel a confirmed booking, please notify us at least 12 hours before your scheduled pickup time.

  • Cancellations made before 12 hours: Eligible for a full refund (if pre-paid).
  • Cancellations made within 12 hours: 50% cancellation charge applies.
  • No-show: Full amount will be charged.

Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 7–10 business days via the original payment method.

In case of unavoidable events (traffic delays, weather conditions, accidents, or government restrictions), Riderzone will not be liable for refund or compensation.

6. Passenger Responsibilities

Passengers are expected to:

  • Provide accurate booking details and valid contact information.
  • Treat chauffeurs and vehicles with respect.
  • Refrain from smoking, eating, or consuming alcohol inside the vehicle unless approved.
  • Ensure no illegal or hazardous items are carried during travel.

Any damage caused to the vehicle by the passenger (including spills, stains, or physical damage) will result in repair charges.

7. Chauffeur & Vehicle Policy

All chauffeurs are licensed, uniformed, and trained in customer service and safety protocols.
Vehicles are regularly maintained, cleaned, and sanitized to deliver the highest comfort and reliability.

Riderzone reserves the right to replace a vehicle or chauffeur in case of operational requirements without prior notice, ensuring service continuity and safety.

8. Delays & Waiting Time

Our chauffeurs strive to arrive on time; however, unforeseen delays may occur due to traffic or external factors.

  • Complimentary waiting time: 15 minutes for standard bookings, 60 minutes for airport pickups.
  • Beyond this, additional waiting charges apply per 15-minute block.

We recommend providing accurate flight details for airport transfers to adjust schedules accordingly.

9. Liability & Limitation

Riderzone shall not be held liable for indirect losses, missed flights, business disruptions, or delays caused by factors beyond our control (traffic, weather, road closures, etc.).

Our total liability is limited to the value of the booking made with us.
We do not provide insurance for personal belongings left in the vehicle. Passengers are responsible for their valuables.

10. Use of Website

The website https://riderzoneservices.com and its content (text, images, layout, and logos) are the intellectual property of Riderzone Services.
You may not copy, reproduce, or redistribute any part of the website without written permission.

We make every effort to ensure accuracy on the website, but do not guarantee uninterrupted access or error-free functionality.

11. Privacy & Data Protection

We value your privacy. All personal information provided during booking or website use is handled according to our Privacy Policy.
By using our services, you consent to our data collection and communication practices, including WhatsApp or email updates related to your booking.

12. Amendments to Terms

Riderzone reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Updated versions will be published on our website and take effect immediately upon posting.

We encourage you to review this page periodically for any updates.

13. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates.
Any disputes arising shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the Dubai Courts.
