Landing at Dubai International Airport should feel calm, not crowded. A planned DXB Airport meet & greet puts your chauffeur at the right terminal meeting point, so you walk from baggage reclaim to a name board instead of a taxi queue.
At Riderzone Chauffeur Services, that welcome is part of every luxury airport transfer in Dubai. We track the flight, confirm the terminal, and stand landside at Terminal 1, Terminal 2 or Terminal 3 with your name.

Why a planned meet and greet matters at DXB
DXB is one of the world’s busiest international airports. Three terminals, long arrivals halls, and peak Emirates banks can make a first walk feel longer than the flight.
A booked chauffeur changes that walk.
- Your meeting point is agreed before you land.
- Flight delays are watched, so the car is not sitting on a clock you cannot see.
- Luggage is handled once, then loaded into a private cabin.
- Families, elderly parents, and late-night arrivals avoid the kerbside scramble.
Dubai Airports publishes the official layout of Terminal 1, Terminal 2 and Terminal 3, including how guests move between concourses, on its transfers information page. We use that same map when we brief the chauffeur.
How Dubai International Airport is arranged
DXB has three passenger terminals on one airport site.
- Terminal 3 is the main Emirates hub. It holds Concourses A, B and C. Some partner and codeshare traffic also uses this complex.
- Terminal 1 serves a wide range of international airlines through D Gates.
- Terminal 2 handles many flydubai, regional and short-haul services through F Gates. It sits on a separate side of the airfield.
Terminal 1 and Terminal 3 are linked. Terminal 2 is not a short indoor walk. Guests moving between T2 and T1/T3 use the airport shuttle.
That last point is why a chauffeur must know the arriving terminal, not only “DXB.” A car waiting at T3 cannot collect a passenger who has just cleared T2 without a planned move.
Official flight and terminal details always sit with the airline and Dubai Airports. Share your flight number when you book so we match the live arrival, not an old booking email.
What “landside meeting point” means
A Riderzone meet and greet is a landside welcome.
That means the chauffeur waits after you have:
- Cleared passport control
- Collected checked bags
- Passed customs
- Stepped into the public arrivals hall
We do not stand at the aircraft door unless a separate airside assist product has been arranged with an authorised airport partner. The clean, licensed place for a private chauffeur is the arrivals hall of the terminal printed on your boarding pass.
You will see:
- A uniformed Riderzone chauffeur
- A name board with the name you gave at booking
- A short, confirmed landmark in that hall (a door number, information desk, or coffee counter we named on WhatsApp)
- Help with trolleys and bags to the car
Complimentary waiting for airport collections is longer than a city pickup. Our terms allow 60 minutes of airport waiting from the actual landing time we are tracking, which covers normal immigration and baggage waves. Beyond that window, waiting is charged in short blocks. Give us the correct flight number so the clock starts on the real arrival, not a guessed time.
Terminal 1 meeting points with your chauffeur
Terminal 1 is the home of many non-Emirates international carriers. After you leave customs, you enter a single main arrivals hall on the ground level.
Where we meet you
- Inside the public arrivals hall, not on the outer roadway
- Near the signed meeting / information area we confirm by message
- Holding your name board at eye level, facing the customs exit flow
How the walk usually feels
The path is short once you are landside. Follow Arrivals and Meeting Point signs. If you pause at an ATM or a SIM desk, send one WhatsApp line. The chauffeur stays put rather than circling the kerb.
Who this terminal suits
Business travellers on European, Asian and regional carriers often land here. A Mercedes E-Class or BMW 5 Series is usually enough for one or two people with cabin bags. Families with three or four checked cases should request an SUV so the boot is not a puzzle at the kerb.
Terminal 2 meeting points with your chauffeur
Terminal 2 is smaller, but it is easy to miss if you assume every DXB flight uses T3.
It sits apart from T1 and T3. If a guest lands at T2 and a driver is standing at T3, the recovery is a shuttle plus extra time. That is avoidable.
Where we meet you
- In the Terminal 2 arrivals hall after baggage and customs
- At the main exit flow, name board visible
- Not on the outer taxi rank unless we have told you to step outside for a specific reason
What to remember
- Confirm “Terminal 2” in the booking notes if your e-ticket shows T2.
- flydubai traffic can sit in T2 or T3 depending on the route. Trust the live terminal on the airline app on the day, then forward it to us.
- If your party splits across two flights into two terminals, say so early. We can send two cars or hold one car after a planned shuttle, but we cannot guess that split.
A Mercedes V-Class or GMC Yukon is the practical T2 choice when several relatives land together with large cases.
Terminal 3 meeting points with your chauffeur
Terminal 3 is the largest piece of DXB, and the one most first-time Dubai visitors see first. Emirates arrivals feed into a wide landside hall after a long airside walk from Concourse A, B or C.
Concourse A often means an extra train ride before immigration. Build that into your patience, not into panic. Your chauffeur is already watching the flight and will not leave because the walk took 25 minutes instead of 12.
Where we meet you
- Landside arrivals hall after customs
- At the exact point we send you by WhatsApp before landing
- Name board facing the exit, phone on and reachable
Dubai Airports has also introduced a smarter pickup flow in Terminal 3 arrivals for licensed hotels, limousine operators and tour partners. Guests may be guided from a dedicated kiosk toward their booked car. When that process applies to your booking, we send the instructions with the chauffeur’s name and plate. You still receive a human welcome. The kiosk is a way to keep the hall orderly, not a replacement for the driver.
Practical T3 notes
- First-class and business guests still clear the same landside hall unless they have used an authorised airside meet product.
- Oversized bags and golf sets should be flagged at booking so we bring the right vehicle, not a compact sedan.
- If you plan a stop at Dubai Duty Free after baggage, tell the chauffeur. A short shop is fine. A long browse should be a message so the waiting clock stays honest.
Step by step: from aircraft door to your hotel
This is the sequence we brief every airport chauffeur to follow.
Before you land
- We monitor the flight.
- If the aircraft is early or late, the car moves with it.
- You receive the chauffeur’s name, mobile number and vehicle type.
- You receive the terminal and the meeting landmark.
After you land
- Complete immigration. E-gates are faster when your passport and visa type allow them.
- Collect bags. If a bag is delayed, message us from the belt. The chauffeur stays in the hall.
- Exit customs into the public arrivals area.
- Look for the name board. If you cannot see it in the first minute, call or WhatsApp. Do not walk out to the taxi rank “to make it easier.” That is how guests and drivers miss each other.
At the car
- The chauffeur loads luggage.
- Child seats, if requested, are already fitted.
- Water is in the cabin.
- The route is confirmed: hotel, villa gate, office, or a first stop in the city.
On the road
Typical light-traffic runs from DXB are short into Garhoud, Deira, and Downtown, and longer toward Palm Jumeirah, Dubai Marina, Arabian Ranches, or Dubai South. Peak Sheikh Zayed Road hours add time. A private car does not remove traffic. It removes the uncertainty around the pickup.

Details we need for a clean meeting
A precise booking is what makes the terminal meeting point work.
Share:
- Full arriving name as it should appear on the board
- Flight number and date
- Terminal if you already know it
- Mobile number that works on landing (roaming or UAE number)
- Passenger count and child ages
- Luggage count, including strollers, wheelchairs or sports bags
- Drop-off: hotel name and tower, villa cluster and gate notes, or office building
- Any wheelchair or extra-time request
Book at least 24 hours ahead when you can. Same-day cover is often possible, but evening banks at T3 fill first.
You can start from our airport transfer page or message +971 52 526 4890 on WhatsApp.
Luxury cars we use for DXB collections
The meeting point is only half of the welcome. The car waiting outside should match the trip.
Our luxury fleet is maintained for airport work: clean cabin, working climate control, space for cases, and a chauffeur who knows the arrival roads.
Executive sedans
- Mercedes-Benz E-Class
- Mercedes-Benz S-Class / S 500
- BMW 5 Series
- BMW 7 Series
- Lexus ES
- Audi A6
Best for one to three passengers with standard luggage. The S-Class and 7 Series are the quiet choice after a night flight.
SUVs and family cars
- Cadillac Escalade
- GMC Yukon
- Range Rover Vogue
- Audi Q8
- Nissan Patrol Platinum
- Infiniti QX80
Best for families, four to six passengers, or guests with several large suitcases.
Vans and group vehicles
- Mercedes-Benz V-Class / V250
- Mercedes-Benz V260 Maybach
- Mercedes Sprinter
Best for wedding parties, film crews, school-holiday families, and hotel groups that want one vehicle instead of two sedans.
Ultra-luxury and occasion cars
- Rolls-Royce Ghost
- Rolls-Royce Cullinan
- Selected sports cars for arrivals that are also a photoshoot or a celebration
These are reserved cars. Ask early if the arrival is a honeymoon, a board visit, or a brand shoot.
Every airport one-way includes the professional chauffeur, fuel, Salik, meet and greet, and flight tracking. Exact availability is confirmed at booking because a Sprinter and a Ghost are not interchangeable at 01:00.
Daily, weekly, monthly, and yearly chauffeured cars
Many guests land once and then stay. The same team that meets you at DXB can stay with you.
Riderzone provides luxury chauffeured cars on a daily, weekly, monthly, and yearly basis.
- Daily / hourly. A 5-hour or 10-hour city car after the airport drop, useful for Palm Jumeirah, Downtown, and first-day meetings.
- Weekly. Visiting executives and families who want one driver who already knows the hotel and the school gate.
- Monthly. A dedicated car and chauffeur for commuting, school runs and client meetings. Packages on our fleet page include options such as Lexus ES / BMW 5 Series, BMW 7 Series / Mercedes S-Class, and GMC Yukon / Cadillac Escalade, with a named driver.
- Yearly. Corporate and household retainers who want the same standard every week, including airport runs as they come up.
The monthly and yearly pattern is simple: the person who held the name board at T3 can be the same person at your villa gate on Monday morning. See monthly car with driver for how dedicated hire is structured.
If the inbound flight is a private aircraft rather than a scheduled DXB arrival, our air charter service in the UAE coordinates the air side while a matching car completes the ground side.
What the first hour in Dubai should feel like
The value of a terminal meeting point is not a sign. It is the hour that follows.
You are not bargaining at a rank. You are not explaining a Palm Jumeirah gate code to a driver who has never been there. You sit, the air-conditioning is already on, and the chauffeur confirms the hotel tower before the car joins the airport road.
For corporate guests, that hour is a buffer to answer mail. For families, it is a chance to settle children without standing in heat with a trolley. For residents returning home, it is the difference between a long day and a quiet last stretch.
That is the standard we train to. It is also why we ask for the terminal, the flight number, and the drop-off name rather than a pin dropped in the middle of a community.
A guest view of the DXB welcome
I landed at Terminal 3 after a delayed overnight flight, two children half-asleep and a third bag that came out late. I had used ranks at DXB before. I knew how quickly a “we are outside” message turns into a walk along the wrong kerb.
This time I had booked Riderzone. While we were still on the jet bridge, I already had the chauffeur’s name, a Mercedes V-Class, and a short note: landside arrivals, name board, stay inside the hall. When the last suitcase finally appeared, I did not look for a car. I looked for the board.
He was where he said he would be. He took the trolley, did not rush the children, and had the cabin cool. I sent the hotel name again out of habit. He already had the tower and the drop-off lane. Twenty quiet minutes later we were at the door. No argument about waiting, no surprise toll, no “which terminal are you in?” after I had already cleared customs.
The useful part was not luxury for its own sake. It was that nobody in my party had to become the logistics person at 00:40. The meeting point was obvious, the car was right, and the first hour in Dubai felt looked after. That is the arrival I now book on the way out, not after I land.
How Riderzone runs airport work
Riderzone Chauffeur Services operates from Bur Dubai and covers Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Sharjah and the Northern Emirates. The legal operating entity is DAR AL SABEEL TOURISM L.L.C. (DED licence 1226522).
What that means on the ground:
- Licensed, uniformed chauffeurs
- Vehicles serviced for comfort and safety
- Flight tracking on every DXB, DWC and AUH collection we accept
- Clear inclusions: chauffeur, fuel, tolls, meet and greet
- 24/7 operations desk for late changes
We have spent more than a decade on this work, with thousands of completed journeys and a service standard built around punctuality rather than slogans. You can read more on our About page and the full services list.
Small habits that keep the meeting smooth
- Keep roaming or WhatsApp on as soon as the wheels are down.
- Do not exit to the taxi island until you have seen the board or spoken to the chauffeur.
- If immigration is slow, one message is enough. We can see the flight is on block; we cannot see a queue you are standing in unless you tell us.
- Write the hotel tower or villa cluster, not only the community name.
- Request child seats when you book, not at the belt.
- If two families land 40 minutes apart, book two timed collections or accept that one car will wait.
Departures from DXB work in the other direction
Meet and greet is an arrivals product. Departures still need the same discipline.
Tell us the terminal, the airline, and whether you have bags to check. We plan the pickup from the hotel or villa with a buffer for Sheikh Zayed Road, not a hope that the road is empty. The chauffeur drops you at the correct departure doors and helps with luggage. He does not escort you through security unless a separate airport assist has been booked with an authorised provider.
If you are leaving from T2, say so. A T3 drop for a T2 flight adds a shuttle you did not plan.
Book your DXB meet and greet
A good Dubai arrival is a known terminal, a visible name board, and a car that is already cool. That is the work.
Send your flight number, passenger count, and drop-off. We will reply with the chauffeur, the vehicle, and the meeting point for Terminal 1, 2, or 3.

Frequently asked questions
Where does my chauffeur meet me at DXB?
Landside, in the arrivals hall of your terminal, after baggage and customs, with a name board. We send the exact landmark before you land.
Do you cover Terminal 1, Terminal 2 and Terminal 3?
Yes. The booking must show the correct terminal. T2 is separate from T1 and T3.
What if my flight is delayed?
We track the flight and adjust the car. Airport waiting is built for normal clearing time. Message us if a bag is missing or immigration is unusually slow.
Is meet and greet included in an airport transfer?
Yes, on Riderzone airport collections. Flight tracking is included as well.
Can you meet me at the gate?
A private chauffeur meets you after you are landside. Gate or airside escort is a different airport product and must be arranged through an authorised partner.
Which car should I book for a family of five?
An SUV or a V-Class. A sedan will take the people and fail the luggage.
Do you wait if I shop at duty-free?
A short stop is fine if you tell the chauffeur. A long shop should be agreed so waiting stays clear.
Can the same chauffeur collect us later in the week?
Yes. Ask for daily, weekly, monthly, or yearly hire when you book the arrival.
Do you collect from DWC or Abu Dhabi as well?
Yes. Al Maktoum (DWC) and Abu Dhabi (AUH) follow the same flight-tracking method, with a simpler single arrivals hall at DWC.
How do I book?
WhatsApp +971 52 526 4890, email sales@riderzoneservices.com, or use the booking path on riderzoneservices.com.
